Premises layout

The area sizes of the office premises range from 19 m2 to 114 m2. Besides, it is possible to negotiate the size of the rent payment if our clients wish to rent several neighboring spaces, a part of a story.

The following kinds of finishing are offered for premises:

For offices:

1. Ceilings – suspended, modular type;
2. Walling – painted with water paint;
3. Walling of sanitary arrangements – finished with tile;
4. Floors of sanitary arrangements– finished with tile;
5. Floors – finished with tile;
6. Doors- wooden, colored or veneered;
7. Sanitary arrangements equipment - faience;
8. Electricity network – supply for one working place ( two plug sockets 220V ) at space of premise of 25 m2;
9. Telephone/ computer network – for one working place (plug socket TEL/COMP) at space of premise of 25 m2.

For spaces for commercial function:

1. Ceilings – suspended, modular type;

The following is offered at extra costs:

1. Intermediate gypsum pasteboard walls;
2. Replacement of finishing materials.
