Information about centre

The building has been put into operation on February 22, 2008. Construction works at project ZEMGALES DARĪJUMU CENTRS / ZEMGALE’S BUSINESS CENTRE carried out  „CELT” Ltd.

 5000 m² of office spaces are located on the 2nd and 3rd floor of the building, but the 1st floor is allocated for commercial spaces with the total area of 2500 m² and separate entrances to avoid interference with the everyday life of the office building.

 Three staircases and an elevator ensure access to the office premises. Every floor is equipped with three blocks of toilet facilities. The present layout of the premises can be altered by erecting additional or by reconstructing the existing partition walls, also, additional toilet facilities or showers can be built.

We offer our tenants offices with interior decoration (standard program), ventilation corresponding to the requirements of class B1, electrical supply (220V), fire alarm, central heating, cold and hot water supply and sewerage system.

The premises are ready for operation the next day after the signing of the rent contract or within the time period of one month if the premises need reconstruction.

The area sizes of the office premises range from 19 m² to 114 m². Besides, it is possible to negotiate the size of the rent payment if our clients wish to rent several neighboring spaces, a part of a story or a single working place.
